Ingredients

  • Stomp Chocolate Fudge Brownie Protein
  • Banana (70-100g)
  • Penutbutter or other nut butter (2 tbs/33g)
  • Water/Milk (1/2 Cup)
  • Ice (100g)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.

High Protein Fudge Brownie

Ingredients

  • 2 servings of Stomp Whey Chocolate Fudge Brownie OR Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough protein
  • 2 Bananas (over ripe)
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbs unflavored unsweetened greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients into batter (everything except chocolate chips)
  • Mix in chocolate chips until evenly distributed
  • Add to baking dish
  • Bake at 350 for ~20 minutes (take out when still moist to prevent it from drying out)
  • Enjoy!
Overnight Oats

  • Stomp Whey OR Vegan Protein Powder (1 serve)
  • Instant Oats (1/4 cup)
  • Water/Milk/Other (1 cup)
  • Honey (1 Tbs)
  • Chia Seeds (1 Tbs) Optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into mason jar
  • Shake vigorously to mix
  • Leave refrigerated overnight

Cookie Dough Greek Yogurt

  • Stomp Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Vegan Protein (1 Servings)
  • Unflavored greek yogurt (1 Serving)
  • Honey (1 tbs)
  • Water or milk (optional)
  • Chia Seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Add greek yogurt to a bowl
  • Thoroughly mix protein powder & honey
  • Add 1 tbs of water at a time until desired consistency and no protein chunks
  • Mix or top with chia seeds (optional)
