A quick and delicious protein smoothie with 4 ingredients
High Protein Fudge Brownie
A high protein fudge brownie for a delicious, healthier dessert option
Overnight Oats
Prep this the night before to have a high protein breakfast ready to go
Cookie Dough Greek Yogurt
Less than 5 minutes to make a delicious, high protein breakfast
Add some protein to your favorite sweets
Ingredients
- Stomp Chocolate Fudge Brownie Protein
- Banana (70-100g)
- Penutbutter or other nut butter (2 tbs/33g)
- Water/Milk (1/2 Cup)
- Ice (100g)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.

- 2 servings of Stomp Whey Chocolate Fudge Brownie OR Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough protein
- 2 Bananas (over ripe)
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/4 unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbs unflavored unsweetened greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix ingredients into batter (everything except chocolate chips)
- Mix in chocolate chips until evenly distributed
- Add to baking dish
- Bake at 350 for ~20 minutes (take out when still moist to prevent it from drying out)
- Enjoy!

- Instant Oats (1/4 cup)
- Water/Milk/Other (1 cup)
- Honey (1 Tbs)
- Chia Seeds (1 Tbs) Optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into mason jar
- Shake vigorously to mix
- Leave refrigerated overnight

- Unflavored greek yogurt (1 Serving)
- Honey (1 tbs)
- Water or milk (optional)
- Chia Seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Add greek yogurt to a bowl
- Thoroughly mix protein powder & honey
- Add 1 tbs of water at a time until desired consistency and no protein chunks
- Mix or top with chia seeds (optional)
