Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind our products with a 30-day love it or leave it guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of placing your order. In the event of a refund being issued, the total value of the refunded item(s) will be reimbursed. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. How Returns Work
To start a return, contact us at info@stomp-nutrition.com. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (such as food)

  • Used or damaged items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order after your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it—unopened, untampered, with tags, and in original packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
